It has taken me quite a while because I had so many ideas and also I didn’t want to shell out a lot of money if I’m not going to fully invest my precious time into, you know?

Which Camera Did I Choose?

Honestly, I didn’t choose a video camera just yet but rather I’ll just continue using my current Flip Mino as a starter. I’m a completely noob when it comes to Youtube, video editing, etc so I figured I’d learn the ropes as I go because I’m a hands on type of person. I didn’t want to just go out and buy an expensive HD video camera if I didn’t know exactly what I was going to do as my main focus for the Youtube channel.

Here were my thoughts and ideas…

Ideas for Youtube Channel

I was putting a lot of thought into this and the end conclusion was the fact that I wanted to do something that’s comedic. A lot of you guys know me as a business type online entrepreneur but if you knew me in person you would think I’m a goofy guy that likes to make people laugh. I’m sure you guys would have no clue that I’m an online entrepreneur either.

I figured I would just stay with something I enjoy and that will not only keep my viewers entertained, but me as well. I’m actually going into this project expecting NOT to make any money because that’s not the point for me. I just want to do something I enjoy and share it with others who have the same taste of comedy.

Here are some of my ideas that I came up with:

Social Experiments With A Twist – I have been doing my own social experiments for years and I find it intriguing. Though, my social experiments aren’t usually stuff that crosses the line. Well, maybe sometimes. But I was thinking about things that I would find funny but weird.

For instance, take your stereotypical looking thug that you would expect to listen to rap or hiphop listen to his headphones walking down the street singing a Prince song or something. You just wouldn’t expect that because of how society is.

Skits and Parodies – I always wanted to do funny skits but coming up with the material is harder than it looks. I’ve always been like an improv person but its different if you’re trying to do skits specifically for Youtube.

Parodies are always funny as well but you have to keep up with the latest trends AND come up with the material easy and quick.

My Life – Hey, believe it or not but a lot of people can get hundreds of thousands or millions or views just on their everyday life. Of course, I would just put the funny moments and add my own twist to it.

So, those are my generic ideas. I don’t think it’s that big of a problem coming up with the material, it’s all the details you have to worry about such as filming the right things, editing… speaking of editing…

The Youtube Video Editing Software I’m Using

Editing videos is the key and if you don’t have someone to do it for you, it might be a problem. I did a little research and ended up choosing Cyberlink PowerDirector 8 as my video editing software I’ll be using. Of course, it’s definitely harder than I expected it would be but I’m sure I’ll learn it in no time.

I think it just reminds me of a Photoshop type program. I mean, you can use regular Paint or whatever default photo editing that comes with your computer but Photoshop is the more advanced stuff. This is definitely going to be a challenge but if you put your mind to it and work hard, the results will show itself in due time.

Anyways, that’s an update of my Youtube project/experiment and I know I haven’t been updating DatMoney very often but big chances may happen soon.

Why Am I Starting a Youtube Channel?

There are quite a few reasons why I want to start a Youtube channel but the main reason is because it’s something I always wanted to do. But here’s some more details on why.

It’s On My Bucket List - Well, maybe not exactly on my “bucket list” but rather something I want to do in life so I can cross off the list of things I have done. My list is so random but it includes anything from the small things in life (like Jet-skiing, riding a motorcycle or playing a poker tournament in Las Vegas) to medium things such as making Youtube videos.

Just making Youtube videos isn’t the only thing, my goal before I cross it off my list is to make at least one video and have it viewed over a million times.

If I get good at it, I’m hoping I get lots of videos viewed millions of times.

Getting My Name Out There And Making People Laugh – I don’t really need to get my name out there and I’m actually not trying to brand myself but ever since I was a kid, I’ve been able to make people laugh and it’s definitely a good feeling. I’m just hoping I can do the same with whatever I end up putting up on Youtube.

Make Money – People you guys judge me and think I’m going to make videos with the intent of only making money online, well, I am… but the money may not only go to me. I was actually considering on donating a share of my profits from whatever I make from Youtube videos to charities. I guess I just need to get to that point of making money before anything.

Um, I Want To… – I created an account years ago but I never really knew what I wanted to do, if anything. Again, I’m not even sure what I’m going to do because I’m my own worst critic. I mean, I used to make music and most of them were never released because I was so picky and just didn’t like it.

What Video Camera Do I Currently Have?

Currently, the only things that I have to videotape are the Flip Mino as well as my cell phone. Both are very convenient, easy to use as well as easy access for uploading it onto the computer but either is that great in quality.

I have been using the Flip Mino to record a lot of things and some videos have came out great. Plus, it comes with its own video editing program. But if I’m going to make a Youtube channel then I’m thinking on upgrading to something a little better. Which leads to my question…

Which HD Video Camera Should I Get For Youtube?

I did some research and found a few different ones that seem pretty good but I just wanted to ask you guys to see if you have any good camcorders or know of anything.

I know I have been busy and you have been seeing less blog posts on here but I have priorities. Making Youtube videos isn’t really one of them but since I record a lot of my daily activities when I go out anyways, I figured I would just try to invest in a new camera eventually.

I’m sure some of you guys are experts at Youtube, definitely more than me (as far as making videos and stuff) so I’d like some feedback.

Any advice, opinions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

It was a little bit of a relief but this morning I received an e-mail from “The Google Team” that started off like:

Hi Jason,

Thank you for your note.

Great news! This message is to confirm that we’ve reviewed and added your site to Google News. The inclusion of your articles should be processed within the next few days. Please retain this message and refer to it should you have any issues with your site in Google News.

Of course, the rest of the e-mail went into technical stuff that I need to do to make sure my articles are getting picked up.

So, what did I do to get accepted into Google News? Well, if you didn’t read my previous post that I linked to above, here’s a quick overview on what I did.

Quick Outline On How To Get Into Google News

- Created a professional looking news site
- Created an “About” page showing a list of writers
- Created a “Contact” page
- Created a “Privacy Policy” page
- Recruited a team that would post articles
- Posted at least three times a day
- Submitted to Google News to inclusion

Although, there are more details than that, this is just a quick outline on what I did. Eventually I’ll end up writing an eBook or some sort of case study going into every detail/step-by-step once I’m getting the traffic and revenue from Google News.

It’s funny because I know a few people who have their sites included in Google News and they have told me nothing but good news from it. Recently I had a discussion with a buddy of mine who probably just got his site included into Google News a month or so ago and he said he has been receiving around 50,000 unique visitors on a daily basis ever since.

How I Plan On Quadrupling My Adsense Income

Based on my stats on how to make $100/day from Adsense this should at least quadruple my earnings on that site alone.

Here’s how I estimated… first, I took an estimated 50k unique visitors on a daily basis (based on a friends similar site) and say three percent of those people click on Adsense ads. That would mean 1,500 have clicked on the Adsense on the site.

Now each click can vary, as we all know, but I’ll just take an estimate on the clicks that made me $100/day. The last time I went over that amount was on Sunday (I didn’t check yesterday’s stats) and it was around 400 clicks.

Now if I divide 1500 (estimated clicks per 50k visitors) by 400, I’ll get 3.75. If I multiply 3.75 by 100, I’ll get 375 which could potentially be my daily Adsense revenue. And if you multiply that amount by 30 days in a month, that would equal $11,250!

I know this is all estimates but you can always set your goal you should be hitting. On top of that, I’m not even including any other streams of revenue such as CPM ads, affiliate links or whatever else.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure I won’t be making over five figures monthly just off that one site but not only can I hope, I can actually work to hit that goal similar to getting the site included into Google News.

But I’ll keep you guys updated and if it becomes successful, then you’ll probably see a case study/eBook in the near future!

Why Start A Channel On Youtube? Benefits?

Technically, I already have a personal one but I don’t use it. I think I created one years ago but forgot about it. But why should I start one for DatMoney? Well, there are a number of reasons and a big part of it is to take my blog to the next level.

If you’re an internet entrepreneur, you find ways to expand your business, take advantage of the opportunities that are in front of you as well as experiment on what works and what doesn’t. For instance, everyone takes advantage of social media sites like Digg and Reddit, social networking sites like Facebook of Twitter and social video sites like Youtube.

So, what are the benefits of starting a targeted Youtube channel for DatMoney? Well, it’s simple – money, traffic and subscribers.

Money/Additional Revenue Source – I’ll get more into it when and if I decide to go about this but you should be able to make money from both the Youtube videos as well as your own website. If you know me, you know that I try to have multiple revenue sources incase one dries up then I have a backup.

But again, I’ll go into full details if I actually do it for DatMoney.

Traffic – In the big picture, traffic equals potential money and subscribers. Not only that but you can brand yourself even more with videos and a expanded audience.

Subscribers – Everyone tells me that building a list is good and people always tell me how it will benefit me if I do it right. Well, let’s save that topic for some other time.

But you’ll want to get subscribers for your website but also for your Youtube channel. The reason why you’ll need it is to make money with Youtube directly in the future.

Downfall For Setting Up DatMoney’s Youtube Channel

There are a few downfalls I can think about if I were to set up a Youtube channel for DatMoney.

Lack of Time on Time Consuming Project – Believe it or not, you’ll probably have to spend a good amount of time with making videos. I mean, it’s not just point, shoot and upload. You have to know what you’re saying in the video, give examples and keep it interesting, edit the video, upload it and also get people to view it.

I’m sure there’s more to it but only if it were that easy.

Not My Ugly Mug – Personally, I don’t think I want my ugly mug on all these videos and there are ways around this but it makes it more impersonal.

Of course, one of my thoughts was to get a good looking woman to discuss my topics for me. But there are a bunch of downfalls for that in itself.

Providing Videos People Want to Watch – The whole point of this project would be to make money, get subscribers and get traffic but if the videos aren’t up to par then that would be strike one, strike two and ssstttrrriiikkkeee out!

If I were to set up a Youtube channel for DatMoney, more than likely I would go into full details and examples on how people can make money online, get traffic, build a website and a bunch of things most people aren’t aware that you can do online. I wouldn’t discuss everything I discuss here like site updates, personal stuff like rants and dedicated web hosting, etc.

So, Will I Start a Youtube Channel?

It’s hard to say because of the time involved in it. I’m actually considering doing it for something completely separate from DatMoney but the potential is there. The reason why is the fact that you actually don’t have as much competition in this niche on Youtube if you become a trusted source and separate yourself from spammers.

Of course, the hard part is to build that trust and, well, separate yourself from all those spammers.

But I had a chance to watch a couple of the “make money online” videos and they aren’t really helpful at all. If I can separate myself from them by going get full details then I’m sure it will be just fine.

I have a relatively new site which is focused on entertainment type stuff. Of course, the site covers more than just that but the main theme surrounding it is entertainment. The reason why I started this site is to get included into Google News as well as blog about things I’m interested in, work with a team and hopefully make some good money along with it.

But in addition to that, it’s always good learning the process and gaining knowledge and experience in case I try to do this with another site.

Why Google News?

There’s a couple of simple reasons why. Obviously, Google is the majority of the internet and just getting into Google News would help just about any site spike in traffic on a daily basis… If you do it right. Basically, our team will focus on blogging on main topics people are searching for on a regular basis.

For instance, everyone seems to love celebrity gossip. We will blog about those topics daily and if you happen to search for that in Google, you may very well appear as the first search result in the “Google News” section.

And everyone should know that being one of the top three search results for a popular topic is gold.

Traffic gold = money gold.

Though, I read Google News only indexes your past two days worth of content so our team would very well blog daily to make our money and keep busy.

Plus, I have a few friends that have sites listed in Google News and tell me it’s definitely worth it if you put time into it. Also, a friend tells me that if you get the number one spot, the traffic spikes so much that it would crash a dedicated server!

I guess it may be worth it to crash my dedicated server for a little while because if the traffic spikes like that, I’m sure in that one day I would have probably made enough money to pay off my dedicated hosting for the entire year.

How I Plan On Getting Accepted Into Google News

Basically, you have to read their entire list of things to do to get accepted. There’s a lot of details and you can find it on their site. But these are some of the main things I’m going to do to get accepted. It’s nothing new because everyone is on Google’s site but some people just tend to overlook a few small things that may get you rejected.

Professional Website – I found a very clean and professional looking theme that fits what I’m doing with my entertainment site. But not only that, you also have to make sure you have an authors page, contact information, privacy policy, sitemap, link to Google, adjusted permalinks and so on and so forth.

I think those are the main ones but you also need a sitemap specifically for Google News. Luckily, there’s a simple Wordpress plugin for that.

A Team Of Authors - Google News will not accept individual author websites and I believe the more authors you have that post good content regularly, the higher your chances are with being accepted.

I have a few people on my team already who are working on this site with me but if you are interested, shoot me an e-mail. Though, I’m only looking for a few dedicated bloggers who are willing to blog about interests related to entertainment. It could be just about anything, really, but I would need some people are can post at least a few times a week.

Your Google Adsense would show up on your own posts so if you write about something that gets on the top search results then I’m sure you’ll make some damn good money.

Showing Our Authors On Site - Speaking of a team of authors, I heard it’s key to highlight who’s blogging on your site. For instance, you have to create a page listing all of your authors. In addition, I believe you have to make sure the name of the author has to be displayed on every post they write.

Again, GN doesn’t accept sites without a group of authors and I’m sure they have plenty of ways to check if you’re trying to trick them.

Lots of Content – You need lots of content and I believe each post should be at least 200 words. On top of that, there should be at least three posts being published on a daily basis.

Backup Plan

You know I always say “never put all your eggs in one basket” and although this site should have no problem getting into Google News (whether it’s the first time submitting it or second), you always have to have a backup plan.

I mean, I plan on making money by hoping to win the lottery but just incase that doesn’t work out right, I also have a job and I’m an internet entrepreneur.

But right now I’m also paying someone to build links for the site. And I mean, a lot of links and so far it’s working out pretty good. Well, as good as it gets for a pretty new site.

Conclusion

Again, I’m pretty confident that this site will get into Google News. Even if it doesn’t the first time around, they should tell us what to change and resubmit it.

Outsourcing Pros and Cons – More recently I have been outsourcing some of my work because of the lack of time I have on working on so many projects. There are actually a lot of benefits to outsourcing but unfortunately, there are also some negatives that come with it.

What Is Outsourcing?

I’m sure you guys already know what outsourcing is but incase you don’t, it’s basically hiring a third-party person/service to do work for you that you need to get done.

An example of that would be if a company needed to get a lot of filing and processing of paperwork done, they would probably hire a temp to do that. More than likely, the reasoning behind that could be the company may have more important work at hand to get accomplished so they can’t use that time filing paperwork. Though, that simple task does need to get done at some point.

Outsourcing Pros

There are plenty of pros to outsource work besides the obvious fact that you’re getting necessary work done by paying a third-party service. But here’s a list of advantages I see when I outsource some of my work:

Huge Time Saver – I’m only one person who always has a lot on his plate and if I were to try to do all of the work by myself, it would take forever. Okay, maybe not forever but a lot of people like to think that “time is money” and if you can’t ever finish something then you’re losing money.

Cost Efficient - I just mentioned above that “time is money” and in most cases it is. But if you find the right price to outsource your work, at the end of the day you’ll actually be profiting.

Let me give you an example. Say it takes you two hours to review a product as well as write a paid review and you charge $100/review, I’m sure you can find plenty of people to do the work for you for $20. So, in this example you get to spend more time finding advertisers while someone else is writing your actual review.

That might not be the best example. Let me give you another one. Say you find someone who has a good reputation in SEO and they charge $50 for their service, you could cut out a majority of your work for the day to focus on something else. In the long run, you’ll be profiting if you use your time wisely.

Also, you can save money outsourcing especially if there are programs and other things that you would need to buy to get the work done.

Quality Service – Most people who does outsource work has a reputation to withhold so they should provide you with good quality service. If they don’t provide it, they may be hurting you a little bit with not accomplishing the work at hand but they’ll probably hurt their own reputation more than anything.

Targeted Accessible Specialized Skills - When you outsource work, a majority of the time there are people who specialize in the work you’re looking for so there’s no need to teach or train. It’s basically letting them know what needs to get done and they do it.

For example, if you wanted to get design work done, there are tons of designers who are more than capable of getting that done for you. All you have to do is tell them what you want and it should get done.

Outsourcing Cons

With the pros, there are always the cons. And I usually find more pros than cons when it comes to outsourcing needed work.

Doesn’t Meet Time Requirement - One of the worst things that can happen is if you have time sensitive work that needs to get done, you outsource and they simply don’t meet your deadline.

Luckily for me, I actually don’t outsource time sensitive work.

Miscommunication - With working online, there will always be some sort of miscommunication. It could simply be someone misinterpreting your message, a language barrier between the two or simply not being on the same page but yet proceeding with the work.

Quality of Work Not Up to Par – Whenever you outsource work that you could be doing, you probably have your mind set on how it should be done “the right way”. In your eyes it should be done in a specific way but that same quality of having someone do the work for you just might not be up to par.

Conclusion

There will always be pros and cons for just about anything that you do. When it comes to outsourcing your work, I would be careful on who you hire. But if you find that right person or service that meets your standards, that can actually benefit you a lot more in the long run.

And if you think about it, outsourcing work is tax deductible.

I previously wrote a few posts on tax stuff so you can read them at List of Tax Deductions 2009, Tax Deductions for Self-Employed and Tax Deductible Expenses for Self-Employed Online Entrepreneur. But since there’s less than two months left to file your taxes and get your refund, I figured we’d cover a few more things here.

I’m constantly reading about tax stuff because it’s becoming more and more important to me as my revenue increases for my online entrepreneurship. As you guys know, we have to file for taxes on all the money that we make so deducting expenses become more and more important so we’re not actually losing out on money that should belong to us and not Uncle Sam.

Matter of fact, I don’t even have a Uncle Sam so why would we want to donate our money if we don’t have to. (By the way, that was my lame attempt to add an unnecessary joke somewhere randomly in this post)

Anyways, let’s get down to business. Let’s go over some detailed tax deductions we didn’t know about…

Write Off Travel Expenses – There are a few things about travel expenses and I’ve mentioned in the past but I would like to correct a couple of things I found as well. I mentioned that you could write off travel expenses if you’re moving outside of 50 miles to a new job. Well, apparently you need to have been hired prior to the move to qualify for writing off travel expenses.

Also, I mentioned if you attend a business meeting or convention (like Affiliate Summit) then you can write that off. But the key is the fact that you need to justify it as an business expense and it needs to be related to your business rather than a vacation in Las Vegas.

What I Didn’t Know… Say you have a spouse that wanted to attend the convention with you, well, you can write off their travel expenses and half their meals if they are an employee of your business or a legal partner. (And living with your girl/boyfriend for two months might not really qualify)

For everything you purchased on your trip, save your receipts and put them all in an envelope just incase you need to trace back to it.

Write Off Your Home Office – I mentioned you can write off just about anything for your home office (desk, computer, chair, etc) but there are a few things to avoid to trigger red flags with the IRS. Well, the main thing is to not purchase more than you make. For instance, don’t remodel the entire room with carpeted flooring, redo your walls, etc.

What I Didn’t Know… It’s not good to mix business with pleasure. If you purchase things for your business and you write it off then make sure you’re not using those same things for personal use. A good example would be purchasing a computer for business but also using it for personal use (playing World of Warcraft or something) because then you would have to figure out the percentage of the time you use it strictly for business.

Write Off Rent For Home Office Deduction – Every year you should be able to write off a portion of your rent if you are renting an apartment.

What I Didn’t Know… actually, I did know this but you can still write off home office space if you’re renting. I think there’s different ways of doing this and may require you to fill out additional forms so ask an accountant if you know one!

Write Off Personal Expenses (Including Clothes) – Again, don’t get things all twisted here, you simply can’t mix business with pleasure. A good example I read was the home office theme and you simply can’t deduct gardening right outside your “home office” because it doesn’t relate directly with your business.

What I Didn’t Know… Say you have to buy a suit to attend a business meeting, well, technically you shouldn’t be writing that off because you can actually wear the suit to other events not related to your business. Basically, any types of clothes you can wear outside of business then you shouldn’t write off.

Those are the main things that I can think of that really effects me directly and I’m sure it’s the same for many of you.

Getting on the first page of search engines for a popular keyword can be hard but if you know enough SEO and proven link building strategies than you should have no problem. Though, all that link building can take precious time and we all know time is money. So why not consider outsourcing?

I recently had a very good conversation with David of Link Wheeler about their services and how it works. The conversation actually came shortly after I wrote the post “Interesting Way to Get 3 Sites Ranked on the First Page of Google” and his services goes way more into depth with how it works. If you liked my technique, Link Wheeler goes above and beyond on helping with going through the entire process of “natural link building” so you don’t get suspected of spam.

You guys already know about the blog commenting, submitting to directories and those other generic link building strategies. Well, they actually have this system with Link Wheels in which you feed off the juices of links through a link wheel cycle of powerful websites.

Confused yet? Don’t be. Let me explain their process a little more.

The Process of Link Wheeler Link Building

What they do is use the powerful link juices of, say, a Web 2.0 website such as Hubpages or Squidoo, let’s call that “Site A”. They would write a completely unique article specifically for “Site A” and it would be related to your niche. Then they would take another website such as article directories (we’ll call that “Site B”) and then write another unique post. From there, they would link “Site A” to “Site B” and then “Site B” to your website.

So, not only will you get the powerful link juices from “Site B” but you’ll also get it from “Site A”. They almost use “Site B” as a filter which definitely works. I say “filter” but it might actually be called a “gap” or “break” which is seen by search engines as a natural link building process which they love. And if they love your site then it’s almost guaranteed that you’ll get on the first page.

Remember, it’s not about the amount of backlinks you get, it’s the type of backlinks you get. I mean, wouldn’t you want 1,000 powerful one-way backlinks from reputable sources rather than 10,000 trashy links? Me too! And they use various sites which include, but not limited to, Web 2.0 properties, article submissions, blog posts and even Youtube videos.

Does Their Strategy Work? Here’s Proof!

Honestly, I’ve already heard of his technique before so I can tell you based on experience that it does work. For instance, remember when I told you that you guys should always comment on contest posts? Well, most contests require you to link to their post (say 100 people link to it) and then you comment with your link. Even if it’s nofollow, you still get the domino effect of all those links linking to that post and then the post linking to you.

But I decided to check out their portfolio section and do my own search. Well, I saw their first client (abforum.org) and Googled the keyword they targeted which was “Australian Business Forum” and to my surprise, that website was number one for that keyword. Check out the screenshot I just took:

Okay, that wasn’t really a surprise because like I said again, I know the technique works. And if you look at the screenshot, you’ll see there are over 73 million search results so we know that keyword is pretty competitive.

Well, besides the fact that their techniques work which would equal traffic for us which would also equal money in our pockets… I actually like the fact that they are honest and they tell you straight up what is realistic and unrealistic before you spend any money. So, I’ve run into various places in which you get paid for your ideas but to me, it’s all on an honor system and believe it or not, a lot of people are not honest.

There are plenty of websites like this. The very first one I ran into was a website in which you come up with domain name ideas for potential clients and if your domain name idea gets picked, you get paid.

The one I noticed most recently was on Sitepoint. They have a new section on their website entitled “Name My Thingy” in which people post what they are looking for and you guys come up with the idea and get paid for it. The thing I’m not a big fan of is the simple fact that you really have no way to prove an “idea” is yours.

Of course, you can go through the whole legal system, create a blueprint of your idea and get it copyrighted but then again, who really wants to go through all that hassle to get paid a few dollars? A few hundreds? Okay, if it were thousands, then I would definitely consider getting my “idea” copyrighted.

But the thing about it is when most people see someone offering $100 for an idea they think that’s a bargain. What if they liked your idea, decide not to pay you and then use your idea anyways? There’s nothing you can really do but report them to Sitepoint or whatever third party company you’re using if you actually see them doing it, right?

On top of that, I’d feel kind of weird if my “idea” was used by a company and it exploded into a million dollar theme. For instance, the guy that came up with the slogan for Nike, “Just Do It”.

Anyways, I guess this just became more of a rant with question more than anything. If you guys are interested in paying someone for ideas, Sitepoint’s Name My Thingy is currently FREE to get things listed. Take advantage of the free opportunities while they’re still around.

As you know, there are only 10 search results that appear on the front page of Google when you look for something. So, occupying 3 of the top 10 slots are pretty valuable especially given the fact that almost all of the search engine traffic comes from that first page. And even more come just from the top 3 search results.

So, what if I told you there’s a way to get 3 of your sites… better yet, what if I told you there’s a way to get one site to rank on the first 3 search results? That would be pretty damn good, huh?

But in my instance, I would suggest using 3 different sites as it will probably be more profitable. The reason why it will probably be more profitable is because visitors who visit 3 different sites are more prone to clicking ads on each site. If they all come back to the same site and notice that, more than likely they will just click back on their browser and go to the very next search result… on a different site.

Okay, so how do you actually do this? Well, I mentioned that it was an “interesting” way and some people may not agree that this should be done. If you don’t want to read it, just don’t continue…

First of all, this does require some work and I would suggest staying away from keywords that have like a bazillion search results. And it’s much easier if you already have at least one blog with lots of backlinks, already ranked in Google, etc.

Well, let’s assume you already have one blog that is ranked in Google, has backlinks and so on… we’ll call that “blog A.” You create another blog (blog B) and or two (blog C) and write similar posts to the blog that is already ranked in Google, etc. If you’re lazy like me then I would suggest reading How to Get Free Content for your Blog for the content of the other blogs.

Now, within the post of blog A that is already ranked in Google, add a link with the keyword anchor text to blog B. Now use blog C to link to blog B as well.

Submit all of these social news and bookmarking sites. I wrote an article on how to submit to 47 social bookmarking sites in 15 minutes but you don’t have to submit to all of them, just a few.

Now for the next post, you don’t want to do the same linking process. You want to change it up. You should then use blog A and B to link to blog C… then blog B and C to link to A and so on and so on. And make sure you use the anchor texts.

I know this requires some work but say you’re making $50/day from blog A, you could very well make $100/day+ with the other blogs too.

Again, I’m still in the stages of testing everything out but I have done this with two sites and it has worked out pretty good for the most part.

I hope I explained this somewhat clearly. I’ll try to write a step-by-step detailed process with examples in an eBook… but well, I’m lazy so let’s hope it eventually gets released.
