So, there are a lot of things that have really took place especially since I upgraded to a new dedicated server and one of my thoughts was the fact that I would try to help out some of my readers. How does some free web hosting sound to you? Sounds pretty good, right? Well, I’ll pick a few people that are interested.  But keep reading for more details.

Why Am I Giving Away FREE Web Hosting?

My whole thought was the fact that some people never made that official jump into getting their own web hosting because they wasn’t sure how it worked, if it would benefit them at all or they just didn’t want to go through the hassle. Well, I started off with free hosting at Blogger.com but eventually I switched over to my own hosting and was pretty happy.  For me, it’s like looking at me working down the path of a true online entrepreneur.

I’m sure a lot of you guys are just like me and I decided I would give you guys a chance to test it out for yourselves before you commit to anything.

I decided that I would get some people on their way with becoming their own internet entrepreneur and taking a step into the direction of needed expenses for their business.

Sites I Will Reject

Yes, there will be sites I will reject for those taking me up on this offer. I can’t accept everyone as I’ll probably just pick a couple of people that I feel are good enough for it. Though, I can’t accept just about any site either.

I’m actually going to stay away from sites that go against any standard hosting TOS and that includes, but not limited to, sites that do illegal things, porn, hate, etc. I simply don’t want sites potentially banning my servers IP or getting all of the sites on my dedicated server in trouble.

Also, as of right now, I think I’ll probably pass on sites that take up incredible bandwidth. I’m still learning everything as I go so I’d prefer to stay away from sites that will completely slow down my entire server as a whole.

I’m sure there will be more reasons for rejecting sites as I come by them but in the meantime, those are just the basic things I can think about.

What’s The Catch?

In my eyes, there really isn’t a catch. I just wanted to help a few people that was in the same dilemma as me before I switched to my own hosting when I was hosted with Blogger.com. Of course, depending on how many people actually contact me regarding this offer, I may ask for a link on the footer of the site or something on those lines.

Again, I’m not even sure yet and haven’t really thought this whole thing through but all I kept thinking was “man, it would’ve been great if I had something like this when I was thinking about getting my own hosting” and I’m just trying to help a couple of people out in the short, and hopefully, the long run.
