So, I’ve had a killer five-letter domain name for the last few years which I used briefly with a friend of mine to start up a site. But shortly after, it went downhill and the site is basically non-existent as we speak. Of course, now that I have a lot more knowledge with online entrepreneurship and making money online, I figured I would reinvest some time into this website.

The five-letter domain name that I have is very catchy and it’s extremely brand-able. I have a few ideas on what I want to do with the site but I’m looking for a few people who would be interested in joining me.

Well, without giving you my entire business plan on the website, I figured I’d just give you a little background on what I’m trying to do and what I’m looking for in people for this joint venture.

Plans for the Killer Five-Letter Domain Website

Because most, if not all, of you guys are already familiar with Wordpress, I figured it’d be easiest if we just stuck with this platform to continue with the develop. Originally, we were using Joomla but I would prefer not to teach everyone it from scratch but rather just stick with what people are familiar with.

I’m looking for a few dedicated people that would be willing to spend a few hours each week working on the website. Nothing too hard but you would need to have some writing skills and at least some knowledge with internet marketing and how things work. Of course, if you are creative then that’s even better.

The site will be focused on entertainment. I know that seems very generic but there are more details for those that are really interested. Of course, the site can expand out to many things in the entertainment niche because the site will have that potential.

We will have various topics that will be targeting search engines but also intriguing and interesting ones that will pull people in from social networks and media sites.

I think that covers most of the basic stuff on the plans.

What You Will Get From Working in this JV

Let’s look past the potential money you will be earning or the knowledge you will probably learn; instead, let’s focus on doing something you actually like and will continue to enjoy doing for a while. Personally, I love working with people, I like being able to do something I enjoy day in and day out and also making money on top of that is always a plus.

I don’t want to look at my online entrepreneurship as just a job and a paycheck every month but rather I’d like to look at it as my future. And with what I envision in my future is me doing something that I will enjoy doing.

Many people will never have that luxury when working out their career job.

Now I’m not saying this will be a career or your ideal job but if you are interested in doing things related in entertainment, want to express your creativity as well as enjoy it then this might be a great opportunity for you.

But to just sum up what you would get: get an opportunity to work with fellow online entrepreneurs, enjoy working with niches and topics you’d enjoy, be part of something that could be big, learn as well as potentially make some good money.

Pros? Cons?

There are a lot of benefits you could get from this as I mentioned previously. Again, I’d like to just highlight the fact that you would hopefully enjoy what you do. I don’t want people to focus on “oh, I want to make lots and lots of money!” because the money will come when it comes. Plus, if people are so focused on making money, you kind of lose sight on things.

You won’t be investing any money in this project as I’ll be covering the expenses of hosting, design, etc, etc. The only thing you’ll be investing (which might be the con) is time. But then again, I’m not even asking for people to work full-time but a few hours a week would be good enough.

If you get to work on it more then that’s great but I understand everyone is busy with their own projects, their day job, personal life and so on.
