There are plenty of ways on how to make money with Twitter and I know of a bunch. Though, some of them you have to watch out for because you may be considered a spammer and get your account deleted. And that’s a big no no.
A lot of people automatically assume that you need lots of followers to make money with Twitter but in actuality, you can still make money without any followers. Of course, it’ll be a lot easier if you have thousands and thousands of followers… but we’ll get to that in a second.
Make Money with No Followers
Wait, no followers? Yes, indeed. This isn’t my idea but a friend told me and should be how to do it and it seems to work fine. Though, don’t overdo because you will get banned just like my friend. Basically, you can do this one of two ways; the somewhat ethical and then there’s the somewhat unethical… that may or may not get you banned from Twitter.
The ethical way is to simply Tweet about the trending topics and make sure to include the specific tag. For instance, “#topchef” was on the trending topics list when I wrote this. You would just have to include that within your Tweet with a link to your post/site that relates to that topic.
Now if you go to the unethical part of it, there are a few things that can be done. With the knowledge above, you can create like 20 accounts and set them all up to send out Tweets automatically. Then you would do the same type of Tweet in all of them while including the trending topic tag “#topchef“.
If you do this, make sure you have different ip addresses when you’re creating all these accounts. Make sure you don’t Tweet too much in one day. And make sure you convert your links to your site with a shortened link converter.
This one is just an example of how you could make money with Twitter with no followers. You’re basically taking advantage of their search. And the more accounts that you have pointing to your site from the search results, the better you increase traffic as well as money.
Make Money with Tons of Followers
Honestly, there isn’t much to say on this part that isn’t already self-explanatory. If you have a lot of followers, you can simply Tweet something with your affiliate links, links to your site, links to your own products, etc. If your followers (and people searching Twitter) likes the stuff you promote, you’ll not only get more followers but you’ll also get more money.
On the other hand, if you promote too much with your links, you may be considered a spammer and probably get on peoples’ nerves, reported and then banned.
Make Money with Adsense on Twitter
I haven’t gotten a chance to fully go through with the entire process of this part. But I believe if you sign up with HootSuite, whenever you send out a Tweet, your Adsense ads will show up.
Again, I haven’t gone through the entire process fully only because I read HootSuite were having problems with the Adsense showing up so I basically held off on it until they fixed it.
Conclusion
There isn’t really a conclusion and these are just a few ways you can make money with Twitter. There are endless ways to make money online in general but like a few people have told me, you have to think outside of the box. Also, it is a lot easier if you get tons and tons of followers because they like what you’re Tweeting so it’s easy to sell them an idea or product.
Of course, it’s not necessary to have tons of followers to make money with Twitter. 
There is lots twitter application right now, i get confuse to use which one is better to use as marketing tools.
Nobody clicks my posted ads through revtwt so i can’t earn anything yet, but im still hoping that someday i can earn with twitter.
I joined Social Spark and post ads on my Twitter account once a day (normally just before I go to bed) and it earns me about $20.00 a month.
Not much but when you consider I only do it once a day and I only have about 100 people following me (only about 20 of them regularly visit) it is better than apoke in the eye with a stick.

I don’t know how effective it might be, but Twitter could definitely be used for “Punch the Monkey” types of promos. For example, if you were at a sporting event, a company like Pizza Hut could put an ad up on the scoreboard for a few minutes at half time saying, “The first 100 people to send a text message to “d pizzahut (your email) will receive an emailed coupon for $10 off their next order.” Interactive advertising/marketing can best be done by SMS/Twit because it is (1) mobile and (2) simple. So, instead of “40404 starbucks” to get a location, it could be a billboard saying “$1 off a latte if you send your email to ‘d starbucks’ on Twitter. Exit now to use your coupon!” Great for tracking marketing and giving something back to the customer of near-term use.

Twitter for all its worth as there is so much scope for making money, yet this will not always be the case. The great thing about twitter cash systems are that you can leave them on auto pilot and you will still generate a good income, for doing absolutely nothing!
On a different note about twitter and making money with Twitter, I heard that Dell has made over 3 million dollars from Twitter. Now image how much a local business could make off of twitter if they utilize it =D
