What I think the simplest way to get each persons adsense ID into each post is this:

Go into the index.php and single.php theme files and add the general adsense code into each post area. (So every time a post shows up, adsnese will show up right above/under/in it.)

Remove the pub-id number and replace it with a Wordpress Custom Fields variable.

Then, everytime someone makes a post, all they have to do is copy/paste their own Pub-ID into the Custom Fields spot right under the post area before Publishing and Wordpress will do the rest of the work.
