A good online entrepreneur friend of mine and a reader of DatMoney, Bruce Hopkins, recently sent me a pretty nice e-mail. It was a pretty reassuring e-mail especially hearing that he made $2,000 in one day. And get this, it was based on the strategy I posted on my “How I Made $100/day from Adsense.”

He obviously worked hard on it and BAM! he got paid big time.

Well, $2,000 in one day might not be all that great for everyone but how many of you guys can say you’ve made $2,000+ in one day? My point exactly.

Here’s the e-mail:

Hey, I just wanted to tell you that your hundred bucks a day (post) ain’t crap. On Monday I got one hot again that I wrote about a year ago and it pulled in over 2 grand in a single day. So much traffic that my host shut me down for 6 hours or it would have been more. I went ahead and purchased a dedicated so I don’t get shut down if this happens again.

May not ever happen again but it sure was nice while it was counting.

A lot of people expected something else from the post or for it to be an easy cheating/blackhat type way but in actuality, its more based on how much you’re willing to work with it. I didn’t write a full detailed step-by-step or anything, just a simple overview and I guess its up to the reader to take that information and work off of it.

I guess this is what separates people who want to make thousands online monthly to those who actually are making thousands online monthly.

I’ve noticed that a lot of people subscribe to get the password to my protected $100/day Adsense post and either they aren’t willing to wait for the password or they just get the password and simply unsubscribe. That’s fine by me because I do feel I bring good and helpful information to you guys.

Well, maybe not all the time but I’m allowed to have fluff posts once in a while, right? Or maybe they just didn’t like my posts which is also understandable. But you can’t deny that my posts aren’t helpful, especially someone who made $2,000 in one day from one of my tactics that I wrote about.

Anyways, I just wanted to point out that Bruce is a fine example of someone who is willing to actually work with the knowledge he is given and actually goes out to do something about it. If you are willing to take action you’re bound to get some results from it. And although it may not be $2,000 everyday, I’m sure if you learn and actually do something about it then you should have no problem making a decent income!
