Reasons Why I Don’t Send Out the $100/Day Adsense Password Immediately

Monday, February 23rd, 2009 | Blogging - MISC, Ramblings with 16 Comments

A lot of you guys have probably been wondering why you haven’t received the password to the $100/day Adsense post yet or why I don’t send those passwords out immediately. Well, there are a few reasons why I don’t send it out right as you guys subscribe and I think it’s pretty logical on my end.

Not Automated and Time Consuming

I don’t have an automated response because I’m not signed up with services like Awebar or whatever. Even if I was, I probably wouldn’t want to send it out immediately anyways.

Since I don’t have it automated, I try to send out the password in batches so I’m not sending them all out one-by-one. If that was the case, I’d be spending way too much time just e-mailing people each day when I could just send out one every few weeks or so.

People Treat This Like Contests and Unsubscribe Soon After

People treat these password protected posts sort of like subscribing for a contest – they unsubscribe as soon as they find out who the winners are, or in my case, the information on how you can make $100/day from Adsense.

For those of you guys that read the post already, you guys should know that the post is more of an overview and it doesn’t go into step-by-step details. I’m saving that for my eBook whenever I have a chance to write it.

I know people don’t like subscribing via e-mail but it does have its advantages. In my scenario, you’ll receive any and every password for my protected posts, eBooks that I write, usually automatically entered into any contests that I hold and more!

I Want People To Give My Blog A Chance

People are so caught up in finding out the knowledge to make $100/day or more that they tend to overlook everything else. Some people are like “me, me, me, me!” that they’re blinded by the simple fact that they are getting some good information besides just trying to make $100/day from Adsense.

For instance, if you poke through my blog, you’ll find key components that will help you in your cause to make $100/day or more if you put effort into it. And of course, piece the puzzle together.

I want people to at least experience some of my posts to give it a chance instead of just wanting that one thing they came here for and then leaving for good. If they liked my posts before getting the password, I’m hoping they continue to stay subscribed. If they still like it even after they get the password, I definitely hope they stay subscribed.

If not, then that’s fine as well. My blog isn’t for everybody but apparently there are a lot of people willing to subscribe just to find out some free knowledge on how to make $100/day from Adsense.

Then again, if they are willing to subscribe to try to win a contest which is usually purely on luck then I’m sure they will subscribe for just about anything. Keep that in mind when enticing potential subscribers. :D

    Hi there,

It took a while for me to get the password but many thanks for responding to my email. Knowing that you are doing all this online work as well as having an offline job, I really appreciate the time you take to actually go through all your emails. Jut looking at the number of subscribers you have, I don’t even want to think about your inbox. (!!??!!)

Anyway – I am still trying learn about picking good keywords in order to create lucrative niches. Still have a lot to learn so I am definitely looking forward to our ebook.

    Good luck with that.

This is fair enough, I don’t think anyone would hold it against you that you use this strategy. People are getting good advice for free, they can at least wait and read a couple of posts before they decide to keep their subscription or not.

Personally I am not subscribed by email anymore but I’ve added you to my reader instead (which I’ve done with all my subscriptions, inbox was getting too full), so it definitely works.

I was wondering about this the other day. All the blogs that do contests (wherey ou must subscribe to their RSS feed) how many of them find people stick around after the contest is over?

I’ve subscribed to this blog and I’ve not asked for the password. I’m happy reading the posts here and trying to grab the tips and see if I can use them on my blogs. :)

Yah… and the sad part is…. I bet people who do read the $100/day post do one of these things:

    1) Never start because they realize it won’t happen over night.

    2) Quit because it’s a lot of work and they want a quick fix

    3) Take the steps, are patient, and enjoy getting $100/day from Adsense.

Hey it’s your site dude, if you want to delay the passwords so people don’t unsubscribe straight away then that’s totally up to you. The type of people who would do that will probably not be long term readers of your site anyway.

No worries here. I can wait for the password when you’re ready. Besides you’re giving it away for free so I can’t complain. I’m not going to unsubscribe right away either because compare to spam emails I’m getting, yours will probably a thousand much better.
