The A Team for Site Flipping

Yes, I have finally managed to get time to come back to this and get this underway. I just sent out an e-mail to a bunch of people that originally sent me one expressing interest but for some reason I feel as though I’m missing some people. So, for anyone that is interested, please feel free and contact me by March 7th.

I know some of you guys have been patiently waiting and I’d like to thank you for that as well as apologize. I sent e-mails out a few weeks ago asking for you guys to come up with some ideas and thoughts so we could have something to at least bring to the table when we finally form. That way our brainstorming session should go a little easier.

Of course, if you guys got stuck, forgot about it or just completely didn’t give a crap about thinking up ideas, don’t worry, I have plenty that we can all build off of.

Everyone that has contacted me told me they have been interested in site flipping and want to gain the knowledge from this experience. Unfortunately, some of my site flipping experts could not participate this time around simply because they do not have the time and feel as though it’d be unfair to you guys. They don’t want to be the slacker in the group and let’s say we’re glad they told us that in advance.

In addition, I have partnered up with some of these site flipping experts on other sites so we have our hands full. I guess the difference between me and them is simply the fact that I have more free time on my hands. Some are in school, have day jobs, etc so it’s hard enough working on their other projects while trying to help us out too.

I have talked to a couple of you guys individually in partnering up as well so if you feel as though you can’t take on both tasks, just let me know.

This whole thing is mainly just a learning experience for most of you guys and a great way to get some knowledge similar to a one-on-one mentoring session. Of course, our goal is to make money while we do it but the knowledge and networking you’ll get with others is simply priceless. :D

Again, if you are interested please contact me by March 7th so we can finally get this underway.

Side note: I was going to send out the password to the $100/day Adsense post but since I haven’t had a chance to upgrade my Feedburner account or whatever, I’m unable to access to mailing list. Let’s hope I get that done this week!

Will you be doing some form of case study on your blog?

For people who might want to try blog flipping at some point and could learn from what you guys are doing?

    Just a thought. :)

Dean – Yes. I think last time I was in a site flipping group, I reveal the URL for people to just follow the blog in general as we went through the one and a half of work before selling. This time, I don’t think I will reveal the URL until sometime after we make a sale and I will do some sort of case study on what worked and what didn’t.

Ask and you shall receive man!

Yes I think the idea of a case study to be a good idea. This is so that people can ’see’ first hand how the team done and for them to share experiences. It would also help the team members to raise their profile, e.g. a brilliant designer within the team who can showcase his/her skill.
