I have read about it on other sites also and there are many varied opinions about the best time to flip. Some say a week after building, some say the same day, some don't favor selling until you have established links and content on. Naturally the last option would make you more money, but maybe you want money quicker than that. The back end and the front end is there. It has a nice design, and even if it didn't, that can always easily be fixed.
