As you guys all know, I’m participating in Blogging Idol so I will be promoting various aspects to increase my RSS Feeds. Let’s just hope I don’t procrastinate too much this time! Of course, if I do win, I want to share the success with all my readers like I normally do. So, what I’m proposing is to split some of the cash with you guys if I win. How’s up to $500 sound?
Remember when we sold ListLunatic.com with the latest site flip and whoever guessed the closest to the sale price would get a piece of the profit? See, I’m just trying to share some of my success with you guys. I won’t beat around the bush with this, if I win, you guys will win.
And just as long as I continue to succeed, I’m going to try my hardest to bring you guys with me. Though, that means I would actually have to win this competition just like we had to actually sell ListLunatic.
Well, if I win Blogging Idol, I will be sharing up to $500 of the winnings with you guys. Of course, there are two catches: first, I have to actually win the competition for you guys to get a piece of the winnings. And secondly, you guys would have to be subscribed to my RSS Feeds via e-mail to be entered for a chance to win.
I know I’m sounding like someone running for president or governor trying to get your vote and promising all these things to you if I win. But fortunately for you guys, I’m not a politician so I won’t be lying. 
Anyways, if I do win, I will be randomly selecting five winners at $100 each. But don’t worry, you have a chance to win all five times and up to $500 if you do!
All I’m asking is for you guys to stay subscribed (or subscribe if you haven’t already done so), spread the word about helping me win Blogging Idol as well as anything else you think would help me.
Because when it comes down to it, if you help me, obviously I will help you!
So, again, if I win Blogging Idol, I will randomly select five winners at $100 each from my e-mail subscribers list.

Side note: For everyone who sent me an e-mail asking for the password to the $100/day Adsense post, I will be sending that out in a large batch sometime randomly this month so just pay attention to your e-mail!

This sort of defeats the purpose doesn’t it?
The objective is to increase RSS Subscribers, but you are simply just bribing them to subscribe by promising them a portion of your share.
It isn’t cheating, but it just doesn’t seem right.

Well Jay ~ I was subscribed prior to the contest … and even though we are competitors I won’t be unsubscribing for any reason. I decided when I entered that I would work hard in the contest and use whatever methods I would normally use but step up my performance wherever possible.
I will not unsubscribe from any blog I was already subscribed to … and, in fact, have subscribed to a couple that turned out to be in the contest as well.
