If it's a site that has a lot of potential and will make money for me in the long-term then I wouldn't sell it even if it means I have to borrow money for the time-being to cover the short-term costs. What I am talking about is this: is the blog a flagship blog, or was it made to be flipped? If it's a flagship blog, it is much much harder for the owner to want to sell it.
