First, you guys are probably going to read a lot of posts about site flipping in the next couple of weeks because I’m involved with a group site flipping project and I’m working for flipping a couple other sites as well.
Originally, I didn’t want to reveal our group site flipping blog but it looks like it’s going to be revealed anyways so everyone can keep track of the updates on their competition. Well, I’ll bring it to you guys first so you guys can take a glimpse of what we’re going for and our progress day by day.
Anyways, our site flipping blog is…
Our site is List Lunatic which I promised that you guys would like it and enjoy it. I know promising something like this is hard to do but it’s fun, interesting and it’s five guys putting their heads together to come up with the best lists on any topic.
For instance, my very first post on there was “The Funniest Pick Up Lines of All-Time” which was fun writing and looking up. And yes, I used a couple of those lines before because I’m a goofy guy and girls like comedy and stuff.
But rather than give you guys a full detailed blueprint on what we’re going to do to build traffic, monetize, post, etc, I’ll let you guys follow the blog and you can see for yourself.
Of course, if you don’t want to follow, I’ll be posting it in details when the contest is officially over.

First of all your competition site is looking really good. I hope you get a good price for that.
Have you flipped many blogs? And what is your thought on the market right now? I have noticed a downturn, cetainly on sitepoint marketplace, and depending on when you have to sell…will it affect your price?
