I’ve been extremely busy so instead of neglecting my loyal readers, I figured I’d update you guys on various projects that I’m working. And if you guys are interested in any of them and want to know more, just let me know.
I’m sure a lot of you guys know by now but I own quite a few sites so spending time on all of them is pretty hard, though, it’s definitely doable. But working on all these sites are like projects to me and I’m always trying to test out new things to see what works.
For instance, I decided to test out various niches that include MMO, entertainment, adult stuff, traveling, etc. Of course, the main reason for testing these out is to see how much money I can make from these sites. I mean, the long term goal would be sitting back and relaxing and watching the money flow in without doing much work.
And let’s say so far it’s going pretty good. I signed up for a bunch of related direct affiliate sites that should definitely improve the money making aspect and I’m slowly seeing my Adsense earnings increasing everyday. I’ll reveal all this information eventually, just maybe not the actual sites. 
Of course, I can always sell those sites then reveal the URL’s to you guys and that leads to my site flipping project(s). I decided to reinvest my time into one of my older sites (actually, it’ll probably be 2-3 of my older sites) that I have neglected for a couple months, build up the stats, monetize it and see how much I can sell it for.
My goal is to see how much I can get accomplished by the end of this month and if the stats (traffic, subscribers, money earned) are good enough then I’m going to test out selling it.
Though, if the stats and money start flowing in like crazy without much work on my end, well, I may reconsider selling. But again, there are different variables with this. I’m not a pro or anything at site flipping but once I get my first site sold, then I’ll bring back the details.
Now my design work, I’m not going to lie, I’m a little behind and I considered outsourcing some of my work but I decided against it. The reason why is simply the fact that people contacted me for a specific reason, they actually liked my examples that I have done, they like my prices, etc. So, they’re expecting a design specifically from me.
And yes, I can outsource and say it’s from me but I’m not the type to do that. Though, I do want to apologize in advance to the handful of people waiting for me, I’m working on the designs in the order they are received.
What else… oh, I discovered a few new sites that are just about instant money makers. Well, maybe they’re not new but they were new to me. I’ll mention it in an upcoming post so you guys can check it out and hopefully sign up through my affiliate link(s).
Keyword research, wow oh wow, this takes up a lot of time but it’s extremely helpful. This is the main step you want to take when you’re doing SEO and optimizing. I had a discussion with another blogger and they were trying to optimize for a keyword/term that isn’t really searched for and that’s definitely not want you want to do. To sum it up, you want to essentially get a popular keyword with low competition.
I also considered writing an eBook but I think it’s pretty overrated. Though, there have been a few people who expressed interest in buying one from me if it was an in-depth step-by-step way to make money or whatever. I think this will be left in the back of my mind for now. I don’t even know if I would charge for my eBook, I would probably give it away for free to my e-mail subscribers or something.
I have a few other projects that I’m working on, testing out, playing around with but I’m sure you guys are sick of hearing me talk, huh? Well, if you guys are interested in any of the projects I just mentioned, feel free to drop a line and I’ll try to write a post specifically for that topic.

I am also flipping a few of my older stuff. Unfortunetly I lost the domains and only have the site designs, so I am trying to flip them.
But I have been having luck flipping bans sites. You should consider that option. Takes 20 minutes to set one up and another 40 to design a header for it.
Just do some keyword research and tweaking and let it stew for a month. If it generates nice amount of income (as bans income goes anyway) then keep it, if not, flip it and keep the income you made for the month.
It’s a win/win situation. If you can’t flip them, then you add it to your bans collection and earn extra income.

@Creat.Rev.online- How are you flipping the BANS sites… I was under the impression you needed to have a license to own one of them? I am new to those, so please correct if I am wrong.
That’s a good strategy to follow when you are unsure which niche would do best for me. I’m doing exactly the same thing that you are doing. I would be happy to share my experiences with you.

Do you know that there are a lot of people making money with different niche rather than the usual MMO niche. I noticed it from the blogs I often visite wherein then post the proof of earnings. And it is a whopping thousand dollars a month and I just wish I could be like them too.
