Yep, for sure. Search engine traffic is the long-term traffic. When you talk about automated income, it’s really search engine traffic making you money without you having to do anything down the track.

Sfphotoarts – I’m hoping I can get a sale off in a month but knowing my procrastinating it’ll be more like two.

Jeflin – It’s not too hard, you just need to know where to look and what you’re doing. Let me know if you need help and I’ll try to write a quick post.

Trent – What do you need explained and I’ll try to answer it the best I can.

Wendy – It all depends. You should always use meta tags and description but it depends if you’re optimizing for a post or just the blog in general.

If you’re optimizing for a post, make sure you include the keywords within the title and about three times within the post itself. It doesn’t hurt if you bold them as well.

Once you get the post down, hopefully you can get some links to that post and have people use your keywords as the anchor text.

I use keywords or tags on my posts.

Are you saying that we should add them to “Meta” tags as well or “Descritpion” of our blogs as well??

Is yes where would I insert them. I am assuming it would be in the header php Right??

This is a nice post. Traffic from search engines will definitely be more inclined to click ads then regular visitors. People that visit the same site frequently tend to get ad blind after a while.

I agree that search engine traffic is the best as it is passive but it involves lots of research into keywords. Most bloggers do not have much success with it. That includes me.
