I would have done that, being the fact that my current blog is not even worth that, and I could by better hosting and new blogs with that money, making it worth it in the long run.

If I needed 12,000 dollars then yes I would do it, but in general I would be concerned that a deal like that is dictating to much for only the 1K per month. would not want to lose control of my site completely basically Political Disgust's last blog post..Wright is still wrong! It all depends on how much you were currently earning from your blog, and how long it would take for you to recoup that $1000.

If you have 4 ads for sale and they are pulling in $200 a month, then then I would definitely say take the money because the 1 ad will lose you $50 of monthly income but gain you a $1000 cash bonus.

You just have to weigh the positive with the negative in terms of cash in relation to time, and look at what tips the scale in it’s favor.

Nope, I wouldn't accept anything permanent. Two reasons, the first being nothing in life is permanent. The second being if you do a little math you find over time no money has been made and all that advertising has been given away for free.
