Some Bloggers You Should Look Out For (In a Good Way!)

Sunday, March 16th, 2008 | Blogging - MISC with 11 Comments

I’ve been around the Blogosphere for a little while now and there are some people who think “I” have some real potential. We’ll see. But this post is not about me. This post is about who I think has some real potential to make a strong impact in this blogging community.

Please note: There are tons I may leave off this list, but if you have over 1,000 RSS Feed subscribers already, then you’re well on your way. So you don’t need to be on here anyways! Also, I can’t fit everyone onto one list!

(In no particular order):

bloggernoob pictureBloggerNoob – This noob right here (I know it sounds bad, but that’s what he calls himself!) has been blogging for a while, and he proves he can make money in various ways. He’s another example of someone who just proves that Google’s Pagerank is worthless (at least to him) when it comes to making money online. He continues to make at least $1,000 a month the past few months and come up with unique ways of attracting people like his domain tournament contests!

the university kid pictureThe University KidJason (named after me lol, just playing!) started blogging not too long ago. But after being a regular reader of his blog this past month or so, he’s achieved so much in such a short time that I’m almost jealous. He’s made the frontpage of Digg, went from like 5 RSS Feed subscribers (I don’t know if that’s his actual number) to like 400+ and growing, etc.

Incomeforeveryone – Rome, a good friend, has been blogging for about the same time as me. Matter of fact, we have very similar stats but he definitely has a step on me, one of his best friends is Jack of Jackbook.com. And anytime a person with a PR5 blog, 1,300+ RSS Feed subscribers, 37K Alexa rating and ranked 21 overall in Technorati that has your back, I’m sure you’re definitely on your way to success.

WinningtheWeb – And that just seems like what Gyutae is doing, simply Winning the web with his marketing tips and tricks up his sleeve. I was first introduced to him through a contest between him and Tyler Cruz and that was a couple months back. Since then, he grew from 300 RSS Feed subscribers to 600+ and he’s gotten so much attention that Shoemoney even supported his contest by sponsoring an Ipod Touch.

bloggin-ads mike huang screenshotBloggin-Ads – Who’s this Mike guy anyways? Well, I know a lot of people are saying “ I wanna, wanna be like Mike!” And I don’t think they’re talking about Michael Jordan here. I’ve been a reader of Mike’s for quite sometime that I had to buy some advertising space on his blog! I like his blog entries because he writes like I can relate to him, plus, he has almost 900 RSS Feed subscribers, so he must be doing something right, right?

TheBlogEntreprener – I swear Bill always writes what we think but sometimes it’s not something we actually want to say. Take his most recent post about Entrecard and how he mentions that “If I read one more *@#$% Entrecard post then I think I might puke!” the blog entrepreneur pictureHey, I think that sometimes because when people run out of things to blog about, they default to Entrecard. But of course, that usually goes for Entrecard addicts! ?

But he’s building his DotCom empire piece by piece, just hopefully my tower is right next to his when he gets bigger!

Now I know there are tons and tons of upcoming bloggers we should all look out for now so we can witness them going from rags to riches right before our eyes but I’m only one man and there’s like 100 million blogs lol! So, if you know of any bloggers that you see a lot of potential, let me know. If I get a lot more, I’ll consider writing another post on these upcoming bloggers!

Thanks a lot for the mention. I appreciate it. I already have most of these guys in my reader so that’s a good thing.

I put you in my MSN so hit me up some night this week if you decide to go through the change. It won’t hurt….much. :-)

Mike – No problem man, just had to give a shout out to some people’s blog that I really enjoy and see lots of potential.

Noob – lol I wouldn’t say it’s bigger than yours, but I already bought my hosting service. I just ran into a problem switching my domain over to it, but soon… soon enough…

Link – lol There are a LOT of people I didn’t mention, but the more I explore and see the potential, I’ll probably make a few more posts.

Jason – lol Hey, I needed to give you an extra incentive to comment, didn’t I? lol But I’m hoping to be on WP this week… hopefully lol

Bill – I already decided to go through with the change, I just ran into a minor problem with switching my domain name to my new hosting service…

Rome – No worries man… we’ve been blogging for a while now and I think I known you since the beginning!

Curt – You never know man, there are a LOT of people I didn’t mention but the more potential I see, the more posts like these I might do!
