I’m taking my phrase “Help Me Help You Earn Money with Blogging Tips Through MY Personal Experience” to another level. I have never seen anyone as my competition (especially with some many money making blogs out there), but rather a friend, an ally, a fellow blogger that’s just trying to do the same thing I’m trying to do – make money.
I started this blog because I felt like I could help people with the good and bads. I mean, designing peoples’ 125 x 125 ads for one dollar? Giving away FREE link love to ANYBODY that wants it? Informing people on how to build traffic and make money? If I’m not trying to help you, then I’m not so sure what help is anymore!
Though, I recently collaborated with Patrick of Piggybankpie.com and his collaboration idea just reminded me how we should continue to support each other as bloggers. Sort of like “if you scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours.”
And yes, if you saw the movie “Superbad” I was almost tempted to say that line – you know what I’m talking about!
But he brought up that we can only help each other increase visitors and RSS subscribers, which of course, leads to making more money. So, let’s start doing this!
- If you link to my blog (DatMoney.com), I will return the favor (I’m still giving out FREE Link Love which will end when I write the post next week!)
- Add my 125 x 125 ad on your blog for a month and I will make sure to do the same
- Subscribe to my E-mail RSS feed and I’ll subscribe to yours

what we all need to do really is link within articles to each others articles - that is where the real PR value of a link is - not to a site - link to an article.

Jay, I just subscribed to your RSS as promised. And thanks for visiting my blog.
This is one of the better ideas I have seen in a while. and I quite personally like it. I think their should be more of a sense of community amongst us bloggers. Heck we’re all doing the same or similar thing, helping out other bloggers. SO yes collaborating and sharing is a big part of what we should be doing. Whats funny about this is I was just yesterday goiing to post something similar so maybe in the same vein I’ll do just that today and include all the people who commented here.
As well Im look for collaborators on my rss and feeds guide. Ive discovered recently that many people dont know jack or have many questions about RSS and Feeds. So I put up a report detailing some of the more common problems with RSS and Feeds. If you’re interested drop me a line and let me know.
